These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of https://manima.co.il operated by Manima. By using this Site, you agree to these Terms and applicable Israeli laws.
ACCEPTANCE AND ELIGIBILITY
1.1 By accessing the Site, you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part, you must discontinue use immediately.
1.2 Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. We reserve the right to verify age at any time.
PERMITTED USE
2.1 You may use the Site only for lawful purposes in accordance with Israeli and international law.

DIGITAL SERVICES
4.1 Digital services are provided subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our sole discretion with reasonable notice.
4.2 Services are provided "as is" without warranties unless expressly stated in a separate service agreement.
PRICING AND PAYMENTS
5.1 Prices are listed in Israeli New Shekels (NIS) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. By making a payment, you authorize the transaction and confirm payment method validity.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
6.1 Digital services may be eligible for refunds within 14 days of purchase if not accessed or downloaded, in accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
6.2 Specific refund terms for individual services will be clearly stated at point of purchase.
6.3 Refund requests must be submitted to mania.adm@gmail.com with proof of purchase.
USER ACCOUNTS AND TERMINATION
7.1 We may suspend or terminate user access for Terms violations, illegal activity, or other reasonable cause with notice when practicable.
7.2 Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting us at mania.adm@gmail.com.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1 Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under Israeli law.
8.2 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except where prohibited by mandatory consumer protection laws.
8.3 Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

INDEMNIFICATION

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

12.2 Disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent Israeli courts in Tel Aviv.
12.3 For consumer disputes under NIS 10,000, small claims court procedures may apply.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
